We at True North feel so strongly that everything we do should have the customer’s interests in mind that we have completely revamped our Customer Service department to insure it.
Lead by Customer First Program Director Mark Dauplaise, we have associates manning the phones and service technicians standing by to assist in any customer service related issues.
In addition we have been hard at work to make our boats the most reliable in the industry as well as offering a host of new programs to assist our customers wherever they may be located.
Through a new alliance with BoatUS we expect to soon be offering free one year memberships including an advanced towing package to all
new owners. In addition the new TN34 will come equipped with SeaKey. This is a fantastic system that includes emergency assistance at the touch of a button, It also includes a concierge service, position reporting, as well as water level, low voltage monitoring and theft protection so your covered even when away from your boat.
