True North's PUMA Sneaker Shoes an exciting addition to the Boston Volvo Ocean Race Stopover

What does 10 days on the water mean to you?
Considering the longest leg of the race has taken 42 days, any of the sailor’s on PUMA’s il mostro would feel they have a relatively short leg of their round-the-world race to conquer before finding reception, warmth and sustenance in their next port.
True North had the pleasure of hosting PUMA’s guests throughout the Boston stopover of this race on six of our stunning and “well fit” True North 34’s and 38’s. With artwork applied by Mac Designs of Newport, each of these already stunning yachts were a spectacle of PUMA's impeccable attention to detail when supporting their brand.
With up to 15 people onboard each boat there was no shortage of fun. The only fleet on the water aside from our fleet of True North's to attract as much attention was the fleet of 70 footers on their way to Ireland. Throughout the two week stay in Boston’s Rowe’s Wharf the unmistakable PUMA graphics and graceful True North lines attracted the attention of crowds and spectators.
True North Yachts took great pride in being able to support Skipper Ken Read and his PUMA Ocean Racing team as they continue towards the finish of their grueling race around the globe. We look forward to a promising future as a provider of hospitality boats for races and events similar to the Volvo Ocean Race.
